The page is empty, or the checks never run
The panel's scheduler cron is not running. php artisan schedule:list should show
pawstatus:check every minute. If the list is right but nothing happens, check that the
cron entry for php artisan schedule:run is installed for the panel's user. Press Check
now to run a round by hand and see whether it works.
No emails or webhooks arrive
- The queue worker is not running. Start it with
php artisan queue:work, or restart it withphp artisan queue:restartif it runs as a service. - For emails, the panel's mail settings are not configured.
- Use Send a test message in Settings to test webhooks on their own.
A node shows down, but it is up
The panel cannot reach Wings from where it runs: a firewall, a wrong FQDN or a wrong port. The check uses the same connection as the rest of the panel, so if the panel cannot manage that node, the node is reported down.
A website or port says "Private and reserved addresses are not allowed"
The target resolves to a private address. Use a public address, or turn on Allow private addresses as targets in Settings if you really monitor an internal service.
The web installer says "An unexpected error was encountered"
The panel files belong to the wrong user. See the fix in Installation.
Links point to the wrong port or address
PawStatus builds its links from the panel address set in the panel's . as APP_.
If your panel runs on a port other than 443, APP_ must include it, for example
https:/.
The page works on / status but not on my own domain
Press Verify in Settings. It reports what is wrong. See Your Own Domain.
I changed a setting and nothing changed
Settings are cached for a few seconds. Wait a moment and reload. If emails or webhooks still
use old values, run php artisan queue:restart.
